Long & Chang LLP is a boutique immigration law firm concentrating in the areas of employment-based and family-based immigration law. Our law firm is led by Attorney David J. Long (a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Immigration Law and past Chairman of the Carolinas Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association) and by Attorney Kristen Aekyung Chang (a naturalized U.S. citizen who is fluent in both English and Korean).  Each of our attorneys has practiced immigration law for over 20 years.  Since 1998, we have successfully represented individuals and employers through the complex immigration process with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS), United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS), the Department of State’s National Visa Center and at U.S. consulates and embassies around the world in order to obtain both non-immigrant and immigrant visas.  Our staff is fluent in both Spanish and Korean.
